• Due to hygiene standards, opened or tested fragrances cannot be returned.

• Contact us via email with your order number.
• Await approval and return instructions.
• Ship the item securely to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item:

• Contact us within 48 hours.
• Share photos of the issue for verification.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return shipping fees are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Your returned item will be inspected. Returns may be rejected if:

• The product is opened
• Used or damaged due to misuse
• Missing packaging
