Refund Eligibility
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- Must be returned in its original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened or used perfumes are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the specific case.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened perfume bottles
- Items returned after 7 days
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Refund Process
After your return is approved:
- You must ship the item back to us.
- After inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the wrong item was delivered.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
