Refund Eligibility

  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • Must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Opened or used perfumes are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the specific case.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened perfume bottles
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

After your return is approved:

  • You must ship the item back to us.
  • After inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the wrong item was delivered.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:
